Can I choose the language on the website?

You can browse our website in French or in English from the FR/EN tab at the top of the page.

Please note that when creating your account, the language chosen will be automatically used when browsing. That is, if you are on the website in French, the account will be created in French and all communication will be sent to you in French (confirmation of order, delivery). When you choose to browse our website in English, your account will be created in English and all messages will be sent to you in English.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payment with the following credit card: Visa, Mastercard. 

You may also pay via Paypal.


The amount for my order is displayed in Euros. Can I pay in a different currency?

Payment is to be made in Euros.

Where paying by credit card or via Paypal, your bank will debit the amount in your currency based on the currency exchange rate.


Is there any tax payable for my purchase?

If you are in the European Union, VAT shall be payable with your purchase.

If you are outside the European Union, your purchase will not be subject to VAT . If you would like to know the exact cost, please create your account on the website and enter the delivery address. This way, your location will be taken into account and we will apply the price, VAT exempt.

Please note that some countries outside the UE apply some custom duties. Therefore, DHL our partner will pay for the custom fees and you will have to reimburse these costs upon delivery.


Are the payments secure?

For data collected "online ", we use the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) which assures a high level of protection. So, on  www.qeiplus-paris.com the transaction and online payment are highly secured.

On completing your order, when entering your credit card number, requests of authorisation are automatically transferred in encrypted form.

All data sent are encrypted. Privacy and secure transactions guaranteed.

I have not received the order confirmation email

You should first checked that the email is not in your junk folder or that the email address you have entered is correct.

Then the reason may certainly be that your payment has not been authorised (bank authorisation, Paypal…) and therefore your account has not been debited.

In case of doubt, you can contact our customer service by email.


I have just placed an order. How is it processed?

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday.

Your order will be usually prepared on the day after validation. So, an order placed on a Monday will be prepared and sent on Tuesday.

Any order placed on a Friday will be processed and sent on a Monday. Please allow the shipping time from our DHL partner.

No shipping on Saturday and Sunday.
