What kind of cosmetic products do you offer?

QEI+ Paris is the Expert in lightening skincare for black skin, olive skin and mixed skin. Our high quality product range will help you get everyday a light glowing and spotless complexion.

Our whole skincare range is dermatologically tested.

I would like to order but I am not sure which product/range I should choose?

Most of our cosmetic products are lightening and skincare products. Recommended to even out skin tone for a glowing complexion. Help reduce skin imperfections such as pimples, black heads, spots…

Our products are made with a selection of natural and marine extracts with proven benefits for the skin such as carrot oil, argan oil, Shea butter or caviar extract.

How should I use the QEI+ skincare range?

Recommendations for use for each QEI+ skincare range can be found on our website as well as on every product description.

Ordering

Can I choose the language on the website?

You can browse our website in French or in English from the FR/EN tab at the top of the page.

Please note that when creating your account, the language chosen will be automatically used when browsing. That is, if you are on the website in French, the account will be created in French and all communication will be sent to you in French (confirmation of order, delivery). When you choose to browse our website in English, your account will be created in English and all messages will be sent to you in English.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payment with the following credit card: Visa, Mastercard.

You may also pay via Paypal.

The amount for my order is displayed in Euros. Can I pay in a different currency?

Payment is to be made in Euros.

Where paying by credit card or via Paypal, your bank will debit the amount in your currency based on the currency exchange rate.

Delivery

What are the Delivery times?

Delivery time vary depending on the shipping destination (in working days):

France: 1 or 2 days
Europe: 2 or 3 days
USA and other countries : 4 or 5 days

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

We exclusively partner with DHL which assures a high standard of service.

However, for any issue, please contact our customer service by email quoting your order reference (9 letters).

We will reply within 48 hrs (working days) and we will endeavour to solve the issue.
